Tinwell is not a platform you move your data into. It is a plugin that connects the systems your charity already uses: Stripe and GoCardless to take the money, and Beacon, Donorfy or Raisely to keep the record. Every integration uses the provider’s official API and is included in the licence, with nothing to pay per connection or per record.
Payments
Stripe
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own Stripe account. Add the keys from your own Stripe account; Tinwell’s settings walk you through it, and Tinwell never needs access to the account. Stripe’s fees are paid to Stripe.
GoCardless
Direct Debit for regular giving, set up on your own form with the Direct Debit Guarantee. Mandates, schedules and collections recorded against the donor.
CRMs
Beacon
Donations, donors, regular schedules, consent and Gift Aid written into Beacon in seconds, merged into existing households.
Donorfy
Constituents and transactions created and matched in Donorfy, with regular giving and Gift Aid declarations, reconciled.
Raisely
Keep donors on your WordPress site and still have every gift, donor and schedule in Raisely.
Gift Aid
Not an integration in the API sense, but the export that matters most: Tinwell produces a CSV laid out for HMRC Charities Online so your Gift Aid claim is a matter of uploading a file. See the Gift Aid guide.
